This second post will include some of the more modern Classic bikes from around the event.
The Ducati 998 was the toughest bike on the road for a long time. With such large powerful Brembo brakes and the addition of so much carbon Kevlar, they are an awesome sight up close.
The Honda VFR750R RC30 is a legendary bike, which was so devastating in the racing world.
The single swing arm rear made for easy wheel changes and access to components. It did not hurt the fantastic looks of this machine either.
These bikes are commanding massive price tags in the used market.
The Suzuki GSX-R 1100 from the start of the 90’s is a weapon of a bike and these classic’s are only getting better looking with age.
Honda has so many stylish bikes, and this VF1000R is yet another. The simple brand specific paint scheme’s are a popular trait of the 80’s and early 90’s.
The 86 model GSX-R750 is considered by some to be the first road legal race bike. A boxy retro design that just doesn’t seem to age, another very valuable bike and one that would be ridden very hard and regularly.
The square rear end is a good look, though it may be too basic a design for some.
The view for the rider of a Kawasaki ZX-9R Ninja is spartan in design, only the necessities here, but on a bike that was once one of the fastest production bikes on the planet. How much time do you really intend to spend looking at the gauges?
